KABL is a curated linear TV experience for YouTube content. We organize long-form videos into channels and schedules you can watch in a lean-back, cable-like format. All videos are hosted by and played through YouTube. We are an independent curation service and are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
You may need to sign in (e.g., with Google) to access certain features or subscribe. You are responsible for your account and any activity on it. Keep your credentials secure.
Free tier: A selection of curated channels and full TV guide access to featured videos through YouTube.
KABL Plus: $2/month or $20/year for the full suite of channels.
Subscriptions are processed through our website (kabl.app) via Stripe. Mobile apps do not process payments.
Cancel anytime through your account settings at kabl.app.
Refunds: Cancel anytime, and for annual plans, get a prorated refund for unused time, no questions asked. No forms or phone calls required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your payment method is no longer active, we may not be able to process the refund.
Billing reminders: We email you before every renewal with a cancel button, including for annual subscribers. We don't want you paying for something you forgot about.
Communications: We may occasionally email you about important product updates or changes to the service. You can unsubscribe from non-billing emails at any time. Billing and account-related emails (renewal reminders, refund confirmations) cannot be opted out of.

All videos are hosted by and played through YouTube using YouTube's official embed player. We do not host, cache, download, or modify video content.
By using KABL, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube videos through KABL is subject to YouTube's terms, available at youtube.com/t/terms.
We curate and schedule videos into channels but have no control over the underlying content. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact YouTube or the content owner directly.
We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or any changes YouTube makes to their platform or policies.
KABL is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Channel lineups and schedules may change. YouTube may remove videos or change their policies at any time, which may affect KABL's functionality. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KABL and Last Gen Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for KABL in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
